Authors

Author: Ulla Welin. Ulla Welin spent part of her childhood on the roof of the tallest apartment building in Turku. The lively red-haired girl performed plays she invented herself, which were applauded enthusiastically. Since then, Ulla's stories have entertained both children and adults. Ulla began her career as a writer twenty years ago. To date, she has written 24 books. Welin created the Kolmikko series, which is based on true events, for all children of adventure age. Illustrator: Harri István Mäki. Harri István Mäki drew cartoons about ghosts, monsters and sailing ships as a child. From these materials, he has developed into one of Finland's most prolific writers and illustrators.
